These Terms govern your use of the Confluovest website and application, operated by Omareon Labs Limited ("Omareon Labs," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Confluovest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Confluovest is — and is not
Confluovest is a read-only portfolio tracking and analytics tool. It aggregates and displays financial account data that you connect or upload. Confluovest is not a bank, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. It does not hold your assets, execute transactions, move funds, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the service — including analytics, allocation indicators, reports, or surfaced partner platforms — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person per account.
Connecting accounts and uploading data
You may connect third-party accounts only where you are authorized to do so, using read-only credentials, and you may upload only files you have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload. Confluovest's automated CSV mapping proposes an interpretation of your file, which you review and confirm before import; you are responsible for the confirmed mapping.
No advice; data accuracy
Portfolio values, performance figures, currency conversions, and reports are informational estimates, derived from data you provide, third-party market data, and FX rates that may be delayed or inaccurate. Figures (including tax reports) may contain errors and are not a substitute for your platforms' official statements or for professional advice. Verify independently before making financial decisions. Investment involves risk, including loss of capital; past performance is not indicative of future results.
Plans, billing, and changes
The Free tier is limited (currently one connected account or CSV import). Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance in naira; prices are shown at confluovest.com/pricing and may change with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next billing cycle. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading pauses excess sources but does not delete data.
Affiliate links
The service may surface third-party platforms via referral links from which Omareon Labs earns a commission. These are identified as partner links, are never personalized financial advice, and third parties receive no portfolio data from us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use another person's financial accounts without authorization; upload data you have no right to use; attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; use the service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or resell access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Intellectual property
The service, including software, design, and content we create, belongs to Omareon Labs Limited. Your data remains yours — you grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display it to you in order to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.
Third-party services
Confluovest depends on third-party platforms (exchanges, market data, FX rates, payments). We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions, including changes to their APIs or export formats that may interrupt syncs or imports.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Omareon Labs Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or ₦10,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time, which triggers deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account for breach of these Terms, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service — with reasonable notice and a window to export your data where practicable.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter with us directly at support@confluovest.com. [PLACEHOLDER: counsel to advise on arbitration clause]
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
